At Gentlemen\u2019s Affair ApS you can pay with MobilePay, Dankort, Visa, and Mastercard.<\/p>

No card fees are charged.<\/p>

The amount will only be debited from your card when your order is ready for dispatch.<\/p>

Delivery<\/h3>

Delivery in Denmark<\/h4>

We ship to GLS Parcel Shops.<\/p>

  • Free shipping on purchases over DKK 900.<\/li>
  • For purchases under DKK 900, the shipping price is DKK 49.<\/li><\/ul>

    Delivery outside Denmark<\/h4>

    For delivery outside Denmark, you will be informed about which shipping provider is used. Shipping prices and delivery options depend on the destination.<\/p>

    Right of withdrawal<\/h3>

    When you shop as a consumer with us, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal.<\/p>

    The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you:<\/p>

    • have received your item<\/li>
    • take physical possession of the last item, if the order consists of several different items delivered individually<\/li>
    • take physical possession of the last lot or part, if it concerns delivery of an item consisting of several lots or parts<\/li><\/ul>

      The right of withdrawal also applies to sale items.<\/p>

      If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us before the expiry of the period. Sending an e-mail is sufficient.<\/p>

      Returns<\/h3>

      Once you have notified us that you wish to withdraw from your purchase, you have 14 days to send the item back to us.<\/p>

      You must bear the return costs yourself, unless the item is defective or damaged.<\/p>

      You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.<\/p>

      Important:<\/strong><\/p>

      • You must not refuse receipt of the package without contacting us first.<\/li>
      • You are responsible for the item until we receive it back.<\/li>
      • We recommend that you return the item in secure packaging and keep the receipt for shipment.<\/li><\/ul>

        If you withdraw from your entire purchase, we will refund the original delivery cost for delivery within Denmark. For delivery outside Denmark, the original delivery cost is not refunded.<\/p>

        If you only withdraw from part of your purchase, the delivery cost is not refunded.<\/p>

        Partial return<\/h3>

        If you have purchased several items, you may return one or more items, even if they were purchased in the same order.<\/p>

        Please note that shipping costs are not refunded for partial returns.<\/p>

        When returning, please enclose a note with the following information:<\/p>

        • order number<\/li>
        • reason for return<\/li>
        • whether you want an exchange, e.g., to a different size, or a refund<\/li><\/ul>

          Refunds<\/h3>

          If you withdraw from your purchase, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs for delivery within Denmark, if the entire order is returned.<\/p>

          We will refund the amount without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we received notification that you wish to withdraw from the purchase. However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the item back, or you have provided documentation of having returned the item.<\/p>

          The refund will be processed using the same payment method you used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.<\/p>

          Right of complaint<\/h3>

          When you shop as a consumer with us, the rules of the Danish Sale of Goods Act (K\u00f8beloven) regarding defects apply.<\/p>

          You therefore have a 24-month right of complaint.<\/p>

          This means that you can have the item repaired, exchanged, get your money back, or a price reduction, depending on the specific situation, if your complaint is justified.<\/p>

          You must make a complaint within a reasonable time after discovering the defect or fault. If you complain within two months after the defect is discovered, the complaint will always be timely.<\/p>

          If the complaint is justified, we will refund your reasonable shipping costs in connection with returning the item. The item must always be returned in secure packaging, and you should keep the receipt for shipment.<\/p>
