How to return an order

If you wish to return an order, you must notify us first. Contacting us by e-mail is perfectly fine.

Once you have notified us of your wish to return, you have 14 days to send the item or items back.

You must pay for the return shipping yourself, unless the item is damaged or defective.

Important

Please do not refuse receipt of the package without contacting us first.

You are responsible for the item until we receive it back. This means that you are liable if the item is damaged during return transit.

If you return your entire order, and the order was delivered within Denmark, the original shipping cost will be refunded. For orders outside Denmark, the original shipping cost is not refunded.

Partial return

If you have purchased multiple items, you can return one or more of them.
