Delivery in Denmark<\/h4>

We offer free shipping within Denmark for orders over 1000 DKK (135 EUR) , for orders under this amount we charge 70 DKK<\/p>

The orders will be shipped to a GLS shop near your provided shipping adress. You will recieve a tracking number on SMS as well as email as soon you order is shipped.<\/p>

Delivery outside Denmark<\/h4>

Norway \u00a0shipping fee is 179 DKK (19 EUR), the rest of EU shipping fee is 70 DKK .<\/p>

For delivery outside of the EU (including Norway UK \u00a0and Switzerland), a shipping\u00a0fee will be displayed before completing your order.<\/p>

Orders placed Monday – Friday by 12:00 will be shipped from our warehouse the same working day. Orders placed after 12:00, on the weekend, or on bank holidays, will be shipped the next business day. Average delivery time is 1-3 working days within Denmark and Europe. \u00a0estimated delivery time \u00a0is 3-7 working days.<\/p>

Once your order is sent from our warehouse, you will receive an email containing tracking information for the selected carrier. Please follow the tracking number for the most recent updated status.<\/p>

Shipping providers<\/h4>

We offer worldwide shipping services from various providers based on your location. After entering your shipping address, you will see which providers are available in your area.<\/p>

Once your order is dispatched, you will be notified via the email address that you provided during checkout. This notification will include tracking information for the shipping provider that you selected.<\/p>

Each shipping provider has their own terms & conditions which may affect delivery times. Gentlemen\u00b4s Affair ApS is not responsible for delivery delays due to wrong shipping information being provided.<\/p>

Taxes & Duties<\/h4>

All delivery costs are paid by the customer in all countries outside of Denmark, Norway, Sweden, and the EU.<\/p>

When applicable, it is the customer’s responsibility to pay any\u00a0related fees, including taxes, and\/or duties in the country of import.<\/p>

Gentlemen\u00b4s Affair ApS\u00a0 is not responsible for shipping delays\u00a0caused by outstanding import taxes.<\/p>

Insurance<\/h4>

For packages lost in transit, please write to\u00a0lise@gentlemensaffair.com<\/a>\u00a0\u00a0If you have not received a package which appears to have been delivered, please proceed with the claims process directly with the appropriate shipping provider.<\/p>
