Your card will be charged only when your order is ready to be shipped.
Shipping
Denmark (GLS Parcel Shops):
Free shipping on orders over 1,000 DKK
Orders under 1,000 DKK: 39 DKK
We ship to GLS parcel shops.
Outside Denmark:
You will be informed which shipping carrier will be used (shipping details and costs depend on destination).
Right of Withdrawal / Returns (14 days)
You have 14 days to withdraw from your purchase.
The withdrawal period ends 14 days after you receive your order.
If your order is delivered in multiple parcels, the period ends 14 days after you receive the last item.
This also applies to sale items.
How to return an order
Notify us that you wish to return (email is fine).
After notifying us, you have 14 days to send the item(s) back.
You must pay the return shipping costs, unless the item is damaged or faulty.
Important:
Please do not refuse delivery without contacting us first.
You are responsible for the item until we receive it. This means you are liable if the item is damaged during return shipping.
If you return your entire order and it was delivered within Denmark, the original shipping cost will be refunded. For orders outside Denmark, the original shipping cost is not refunded.
Partial returns
If you purchased multiple items, you may return one or more items.

When you shop as a consumer, the rules of the Danish Sale of Goods Act apply. This means you have a 24-month right to complain about defects.
If your complaint is valid, you may be entitled to (depending on the situation):

You must complain within a reasonable time after discovering the defect. If you complain within two months, it will always be considered timely.
If the complaint is valid, we refund your reasonable shipping costs. Always send the item back in secure packaging and keep proof of postage/receipt.
